Instructors with experience on both sides of the camera

Film and television work has its own pace, privacy expectations and scheduling challenges. Our instructors are discreet and have experience on both sides of the camera, helping them work comfortably with cast, crew and production teams.

We coordinate with your production contact to plan a suitable training space, participant groups and timing. Whether you need a session before filming begins or training at your working location, we focus on clear instruction and practical skills.

American Heart Association & American Red Cross

CPR, AED, First Aid & Emergency Training Options

We offer training through the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Red Cross (ARC). We help your production choose the appropriate course, certification organization and format for its personnel.

CPR & AED

Hands-on CPR and AED courses for cast, crew and other personnel, including AHA and ARC options appropriate to the audience.

First Aid, CPR & AED

Combined training for productions seeking broader emergency-response preparation, including AHA Heartsaver and ARC course options.

BLS for Healthcare Personnel

Basic Life Support training for production medical personnel or others whose role requires healthcare-provider certification.

Bloodborne Pathogens

Training for personnel whose work may involve exposure concerns, with discussion of workplace procedures and appropriate response.

Other Emergency Training

Discuss bleeding-control education, emergency awareness, response planning and other training suited to your production’s needs.

Equipment Familiarization

Separate, product-specific instruction for AEDs, LifeVac devices and first aid go-bags supplied for your production.

Certification is issued after successful completion of the applicable course requirements. Course options, duration and availability are confirmed during planning. Custom awareness sessions and equipment orientation are identified separately from certification courses.

Pre-Production or On-Set Training Around Your Filming Schedule

We recommend completing training during pre-production, when there is more room to coordinate attendance and hands-on practice before filming gets underway.

If filming has already started, we can also provide on-set training for crew, actors and other personnel. We discuss call times, location access, group sizes and production breaks to find a workable plan.

Scheduling can be adjusted to your filming schedule while maintaining the required curriculum, practice and skills evaluations for the course selected.

  • Coordinate training with production management before the shoot.
  • Arrange sessions at a suitable set, studio, production office or other approved space.
  • Plan groups and timing around department and cast availability.
