As an authorized American Heart Association Training Site, we streamline the certification process by allowing instructors to purchase e-Cards in advance and issue them immediately after class. Many Training Centers or Sites take days or even weeks to deliver certification cards to students. By partnering with us, your students can receive their certification the same day, often before the class is even dismissed if you feel so inclined.

Aligned instructors have access to their own bank of e-cards, which can be stored and replenished whenever needed. This ensures you always have certification cards ready for your courses.

Instructors also gain access to our class management software, allowing them to process courses in real time and issue all certification cards with a single click. This saves valuable time, reduces administrative hassle, and eliminates delays often experienced with Training Centers or Sites.

As an authorized Training Site for the American Heart Association, current instructors can align with us and enjoy the flexibility of scheduling and managing their own classes. Instructors can run and process their courses independently and issue certification cards immediately from their own bank of AHA eCards. This allows you to maintain control of your schedule, your students, and how you operate your training programs.

As your Training Site, we are always available to provide guidance, support, and resources whenever needed. At the same time, we respect your independence and give you the freedom to run your classes and grow your business in the way that works best for you. Our goal is to build a supportive partnership while maintaining the high standards expected by the American Heart Association.

Instructors aligned with our network can also earn up to $150 for each qualified instructor referral.

We actively promote your classes on our website and through our marketing channels, helping connect you with students who are ready to register. When a student signs up through our platform and attends your class, we pay you a per-student fee for that registration.

This means you maintain full independence while benefiting from increased visibility and consistent student referrals. Whether you’re looking to grow your existing program or build something new, our system is designed to support you, expand your reach, and help you maximize your earning potential—without sacrificing control over how you teach.

• Purchase your own e-cards from our secure website and issue them immediately. 
• Zero paperwork to email or fax. Our software creates and stores the course rosters for you. We do require you to save skills sheets and written exams for 6 months.
• Instructors have the option to add classes to our website.
• Instructors are allowed to post their classes on AHA and Red Cross websites.
• Select East Coast instructors will be invited to become AHA Training Faculty (certify new instructors).
• Earn referral payments when you refer quality instructors to us.

Aligning with East Coast Safety Consulting is an easy process and we can usually get you set up within 24 hours. 

• Have a current provider and instructor card in the discipline you wish to teach. We can help with that.
• Complete the AHA Instructor Essentials online course (this may be completed already).
• Review and return AHA and East Coast alignment paperwork.
• Obtain login credentials for our e-card management software.
• Be monitored for your first class. You can do this at one of our classes or we can come to your class.
• To recertify, teach minimum of four classes in two years and attend renewal class.
