Workplace Incident & After-Action Reviews
Turn an incident into a clearer next step.
After a disruption, difficult interaction, emergency, or exercise, organizations need a practical way to understand how their response worked. ECSC offers operational after-action reviews focused on communication, procedures, coordination, and opportunities to improve.
Practical support for your organization
Look at the response with improvement in mind.
A useful review examines what the team understood, what information was available, and which procedures helped or created confusion. The goal is a manageable action plan that leadership can use to strengthen future preparedness.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a formal workplace investigation?
This offering focuses on operational learning and preparedness. It does not replace an employer’s HR investigation, legal review, forensic investigation, or law-enforcement response.
Can you review an exercise rather than a real incident?
Yes. Exercises can reveal useful lessons about communication, roles, and procedures without waiting for an actual emergency.
