Event Safety & Security Planning
Plan the response before the first guest arrives.
Bring safety planning into your event preparation. ECSC helps organizers review the setting, identify operational concerns, and clarify how staff will communicate and respond if assistance is needed.
Practical support for your organization
Make the plan useful to the people working the event.
An event plan should account for guest movement, vendors, volunteers, access points, and the people who make decisions. We focus on understandable procedures and a clear handoff to venue staff, emergency responders, and any contracted providers.
